Our Xpress flag football team is made up of 4- 6 year olds. At this age level Xpress prides themselves in creating an atmosphere to ensure that players learn and love the game for years to come , in hopes they will continue to grow with the Xpress organization. The Xpress flag football program will focus on fundamentals, teamwork, play calling, positions, footwork, and an understanding on how the game is played. This team will travel and compete in games against other teams in our league. They will start practicing 3 nights a week in August and then 2 nights a week when school starts. This team will have 8 games that are played on Sunday morning starting the last week in August and ending in October.
