Payment plans are available

Please register your child and when asked for payment click pay by check.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Return to Account Overview”.  On that page you will see a red “Pay Now” button with the total of what you owe, click on that., then click on “Pay by Credit Card”.  The total of what you owe is shown, please delete that and type in the amount you would like to pay.  You can make payments whenever you want, payment is due before the season’s first game.



Xpress Football & Cheer accepts kids from North Smithfield, Smithfield, Blackstone, Millville,
and any other town that does not have an AYF affiliated team.

What you will need :

1. Signed Blackstone Valley AYF 2017 Contract - this contract is to be printed out after you register your child online. Please sign the contract and bring it with you to orientation night.

2. Blackstone Valley AYF Medical Clearance form – this form (file above) needs to be filled out by your child’s doctor in order for them to participate in any practice or activity. If you are signing your child up online, please print a copy of this when you are through with registration.

3. Xpress Code of Conduct – all parents and participants have to read and sign the Xpress Code of Conduct form. Each parent and participant have a responsibility that needs to be met when joining the Xpress organization.

4. Original Birth Certificate – all new participants joining the league will have to give their coach an original birth certificate. This is required by the league and without it that child cannot participate. Your birth certificate will be returned to you in late August when your child has been verified by the Conference.

5. Copy of your child’s report card - we will need a copy of your child’s last report card to verify what grade they will be going into.
