Last Registration & Family Orientation Night

Come on down to meet your teammates and coaches and get all the information you need for the upcoming season.  This is a mandatory meeting if you cannot make it, please contact your child’s coach.

 This will be our last registration day.  We will be accepting registrations from 5:30-6:00 followed by a quick team orientation.  For your convenience we accept checks, cash and credit cards.

Fees

Flag Football – $100        Ages 5 – 7 (cannot turn 8 in 2013)

Tackle Football – $125    Grades 2 – 8

Cheerleading – $125   Ages 5 – 14

Family Max – $300

Directions to the Meadows Field:

Field is located behind the Polish Club in Blackstone.

• 146N to Slatersville exit
• Take right off of exit and then right on to Rt. 102
• Take left (1/2 mile) on to St.Paul Street
• Follow approx 1 mile, take right on to Canal Street
• Take left on to Mill Street and follow road to right. Field is behind maintenance facility.
