Calendar

We will be accepting registrations at Park N Shop in Blackstone, MA.  Kids ages 5-14 can sign up from North Smithfield, Blackstone, Millville, and other surrounding areas that do NOT have a AYF team in their town.  Flag 5-6 $75  Football & Cheer $100.

We will have a tent set up for Xpress registrations at the North Smithfield Little League Fun Day.

Come on down to meet your teammates and coaches and get all the information you need for the upcoming season.  This is a mandatory meeting if you cannot make it, please contact your child’s coach.

This will be your last chance to register for the 2012 season, if you cannot make it to register please contact Nick Agrela.

Directions to the Meadows Field:

Field is located behind the Polish Club in Blackstone.

• 146N to Slatersville exit
• Take right off of exit and then right on to Rt. 102
• Take left (1/2 mile) on to St.Paul Street
• Follow approx 1 mile, take right on to Canal Street
• Take left on to Mill Street and follow road to right. Field is behind maintenance facility.

We will be accepting registrations in person from 10-2 on April 13, 2013 at the Blackstone Public Library.  For your convenience we accept checks, cash and credit cards.

Fees

Flag Football – $100        Ages 5 – 7 (cannot turn 8 in 2013)

Tackle Football – $125    Grades 2 – 8

Cheerleading – $125   Ages 5 – 14

Family Max – $300
