Uploading Birth Certificate and Other Items

Please visit Squadfusion app or website using the log in and password that you created when registering your child.

Then perform the following:

1. Select Menu and then click on your child’s picture.
2. Find and select your child’s profile under the Roster tab.
3. Click the edit icon next to Personal Details.
4. Under Age/Eligibility, select None (Upload) to attach birth certificate.
